You can also come to the office and fill out one that has already been printed. If you have been a part of our parish but haven't registered, please know that registering is an important part of our communal life for purposes of being a part of our parish family, planning, receiving formation and preparation for Sacraments and being eligible to host special celebrations at Holy Spirit.
